| Position Purpose
The Product Manager, in collaboration with the Identifier Team, will be responsible for developing the business plan and operating model for the emerging ISO standard ISNI (International Standard Name Identifier) as well as the manage and grow the DOI (Digital Object Identifier) business for Bowker’s Identifier Services business. The Product Manager will be responsible for uncovering business opportunities and developing full business plans for each identifier. Additionally, once the business plans are developed and approved, the position requires product planning and execution throughout the lifecycle of any ISNI/DOI related offerings, including: gathering and prioritizing product, service, and customer requirements, defining the product/service vision, and working closely with IT, sales, marketing and customer care to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met.
