PegaSync Technology is currently looking to hire as FTE in Michigan, an experienced Java Developer.

Requirements:
A minimum of 7 years experience with application development, application integration, and technical architecture in complex, multi-vendor environments, including the following technologies:
Application development experience in complex, multi-vendor environments
Object-oriented analysis and design, Unified Modeling Language
Java/J2EE application programming
Multi-threaded programming, Java threads
Iterative methodologies such as RUP
Java APIs regarding servlet/JSP, network programming, file I/O, XML
EJB 3, Hibernate
JDBC, SQL programming (Oracle 11g would be a plus)
JUnit
Eclipse IDE
JBOSS Application server 5.x integration experience
HTML, DHTML, JavaScript, AJAX, JSON
Struts 2.0, JSF
Web services, JAX-WS
Linux/Bash Scripting
Familiarity with Adobe Flash & Action Script (expertise not required)

Excellent organization and time management skills
Effective written and spoken communication skills
Strong analytical and problem solving skills

Preferred Skills and Competencies:

State machine models and implementation
Content Management System principles, programming APIs and administration
Content caching and delivery technologies across geographically dispersed locations
